Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with oil. Add bell peppers and cook 4 minutes. Add onion to pan and saute 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Place bell pepper mixture in a large bowl; cover and keep warm.
Add beef to the same pan and cook until done about 7 minutes. Cut flank steak AGAINST the grain and add to bell pepper mixture. Add chili powder, lime juice, oil, salt and garlic to bowl. Toss to coat.
Heat tortillas and top with Steak. Top with chopped onion and cilantro, serve with a wedge of lime and hot sauce.
Note: Easily replace beef with chicken if you prefer!
